How the Customer Experience Works at Exceptional Motorcar
Financing:You can use your bank or credit union if they are partnered with Exceptional Motorcar and Exceptional Motorcar executes all the lending documents. Otherwise, you may use one of Exceptional Motorcar’s partnered lenders. We partner with an impressive suit of local, regional and national lenders. We are sure to have a lender that meets your lending needs. To see what kind of rates we can get for you, apply for financing online.
Deposits or Holding a Vehicle: In an effort to remain fair to all of our customers who shop with us online and in person, we don’t accept deposits for vehicles, and we don’t hold any vehicles for customers. A vehicle from our dealership isn’t considered sold until everything is signed, payment is made, and the driver grabs the keys.
Buying a Vehicle Online/Remotely: While we recommend that everyone come to our dealership to see their desired vehicle and take it for a test drive, we understand that not everyone can do that. That’s why we offer online and remote purchasing for any of our vehicles. We may be able to help facilitate shipping options on a case by case basis. Once everything is signed and the vehicle is paid for, the vehicle is yours.
Overnight Test Drives: Since we have people all over the country who ask us about our vehicles, we unfortunately don’t offer overnight test drives for anything in our inventory. That being said, we do allow extended test drives as long as they’re approved by a manager and are within regular business hours.
Forms of Payment: We accept cash and personal checks for down payments if you’re financing or financing for full amounts. Cash buyers, please call for adjusted pricing. We don’t accept electronic wires, bank checks, money orders, certified cashier checks, bank draft checks, third-party checks, and bank letters of credit.
