Bought my car on a Thursday and it died Saturday morning. The battery was bad and the dealership had to know. I wish they had been honest. I would have gotten a battery that same day and would not have had to spend over an hour being broke down. Very disappointed

Everyone did amazing but my only problem is we were working with a bank and I told the dealer that they told me they talked with him and they never did I know they didn’t because the bank guy texted me a few days after see if we brought a car switch made them pull my credit twice

We recently visited this dealership to look at a car for our 16 year old daughter. The vehicle itself was acceptable and, aside from a minor cosmetic issue with stains on the headliner, we were prepared to move forward and purchase the car that day. We simply hoped for a small price adjustment to address the detailing.

Last month I purchased a '24 F150 from Exceptional and had the pleasure of working with Zack. I live about 1.5 hours north of them and found them while searching for a 150. Zack was very friendly. He answered all my questions, even sent me some extra pics of the truck. I drove down and test drove it and arranged to return to purchase it. The experience was great. I am very pleased with the truck and would recommend Zack and the Exceptional Team.
Called them on Monday or Tuesday and told them what I had going on and Quinton was on top of it. I told him I wanted him to be honest with me and he did just that. Told him what truck I was looking at and had it upfront for a test drive and bought the truck that Thursday. I would definitely recommend people going there.
I absolutely love this place. I just totaled my kia (which i also bought from there and was fantastic) and immediately just went back to exceptional. They had a Nissan Altima that caught my eye and before I even KNEW that my car was confirmed totaled they had it on hold for me until I figured it out. Zach and Angela were amazing. The dealership had a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. The only issue we had was a few of the vehicles we looked at smelled so bad of smoke we didnt even visited them, even though they were exactly what my son was looking for. Aside from that we did find a vehicle to purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased with the assistance we recieved.
